Who can benefit from the collaborative divorce process?

Transcript:

When I ask who benefits from a collaborative process, I say families. If you’re married and have children, if you have property that needs to be divided that is a little more complicated such as business owners, businesses that have been built by a husband and wife, where decisions could affect your family long term, it’s important to have a collaborative process. The people who are most benefited by a collaborative program are those people who want to have a relationship next year, in five years and in ten years, when their children get married, when their children go to college, when they’re ready to sell the business, they need to have a relationship that allows them to continue to work with their former spouse. That’s where collaboration comes in most effectively to help families in Florida.
