In my Florida divorce case, will I have to pay for my spouse’s attorney?

Transcript:

In Florida the court requires that spouses be fairly represented. That doesn’t mean you have to pay for your spouse’s attorney, but where the court sees a disparity in representation, the court may order one party to pay for the other side’s attorney’s fees. They may order 100 percent of the fee, 50 percent of the fee, or in some cases they may decide that the parties are adequately represented from their own assets, and order no fee at all.
