Do I have to share my pension after my Florida divorce?

Transcript:

In Florida we talk about marital assets. We don’t have community property, but from the date of marriage until the filing for the divorce, or the final judgment, all the property acquired within that time frame is considered marital property. Most retirements and most retirement assets are also considered marital property. Those will be divided either by agreement of the parties or by the judge in a final judgment.
