Are collaborative lawyers specially trained to handle collaborative divorces?

Attorneys who practice in a collaborative area are required to go through many hours of training. An initial training session, along with annual updates in the collaborative processes in newer theories. It’s crucial to help an attorney help the client make the right decisions and make the right recommendations in coaching a client in a collaborative process. The number of hours that we go through to be fully trained in the collaborative process is high, but I feel it’s worth it.
