Experienced Orlando & Winter Park Family Law Attorneys Serving Florida
Our offices are led by attorney Aubrey Harry Ducker Jr., who represents his clients with the skill born of years of practical successes. Mr. Ducker also has a special interest in elder law as a result of his experiences caring for his own aging grandmother and parents-in-law. Mr. Ducker knows first hand the stresses that come with deciding how to live out one’s golden years, and the special stresses on adult children when they have to make decisions for a parent debilitated by stroke, Alzheimer’s, dementia or cancer.
At Sperling Ducker, in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida, we take pride in our conflict prevention approach to family law and elder law matters. We invite you to contact us for an appointment with an experienced Orlando lawyer to discuss your family law or elder law concerns. We take appointments in our offices or at the location of your choice, because we recognize that our clients are often more comfortable discussing family matters in the privacy and comfort of their own homes.
We help our clients anticipate issues before they arise and ensure good living to the last with strategies for asset preservation and health care decision making. We also help establish or fight adult guardianships.
In divorce cases, Mr. Ducker encourages his clients to take advantage of Florida’s collaborative divorce process. In collaborative divorce, the parties work together to decide issues such as division of assets and debts, child custody and support and spousal support. The collaborative divorce process can be quicker than an adversarial court proceeding. In cases where children are involved, Mr. Ducker prefers the collaborative divorce process because it encourages parents to continue making important decisions as a team rather than as enemies.
No matter what type of family law or elder care matter you face, Sperling Ducker will address your concerns with care and attention. From our years of experience, we can present many different options to you in a straightforward manner, guiding you through whatever important decisions you face. Please contact us today for a flat-rate consultation with an experienced lawyer, either at our offices or at the location of your choice . We can be reached by telephone at 407-645-3297 or by submitting the intake form on our contact us page.
